WinFinder ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application operated by Nexiv. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the WinFinder application.

WinFinder does not require account creation and does not store user-generated content on our servers. All filters, preferences, and app content created by users are stored locally on the user’s device.
We may collect limited technical data through third-party services:
- Analytics and Diagnostic Data: Anonymous app usage statistics, performance data, crash reports, and device information collected through Firebase, Google Analytics, and Crashlytics. This data does not directly identify you.
- Purchase and Subscription Data: Information about in-app purchases and subscription status processed via RevenueCat and app store platforms (Apple App Store / Google Play). We do not store payment details such as credit card information.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide and improve app functionality
- Monitor app performance and stability
- Manage access to locked competitions and paid features
- Prevent fraud and abuse of in-app purchases
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third-party advertisers.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process data based on:
- Legitimate interests (ensuring app functionality, security, and improvement)
- Performance of a contract (providing paid features such as daily and monthly passes)
- Compliance with legal obligations

We use third-party services, including:
- Firebase and Crashlytics for analytics and crash reporting
- RevenueCat for in-app purchase and subscription management
- Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing
These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Your data may be processed outside Serbia or the European Economic Area, including in the United States, by our service providers. Appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections, are used to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
We do not store user-generated content on our servers. Analytics and diagnostic data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 12 months. Purchase-related data is retained according to the policies of the respective app stores and RevenueCat.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of your data, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because we do not collect direct personal identifiers, some requests may be technically limited.
9. Data Deletion

WinFinder is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
